Appointment-Only Pickup

• All pickups require a confirmed appointment

• Walk-ins are not accepted

• Appointment instructions are provided after checkout when pickup is available

Pickup availability may vary by product, order size, and fulfillment source.

Eligible Pickup Items

• Only items fulfilled directly by CDG are eligible for pickup

• Items shipped from distributors or third-party suppliers are not eligible for local pickup

• Limited releases, pre-orders, or drop-shipped items may be excluded from pickup

Pickup eligibility is determined at CDG’s discretion.

Pickup Location

• Pickup location details are provided after order confirmation

• Location is not open to the public

• Pickup times are limited and scheduled in advance

Identification & Order Verification

• A valid government-issued ID may be required

• Name on the ID must match the order name

• Orders will only be released to the purchaser unless prior approval is given

Missed Appointments

• Missed pickup appointments may result in order forfeiture

• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of pickup privileges

• Shipping may be required if pickup is missed, at customer expense

Condition at Pickup

• Items are considered accepted as-is at the time of pickup

• Post-pickup claims for packaging or cosmetic concerns will not be accepted
