Cushing Diecast Garage (CDG)

All sales with Cushing Diecast Garage are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged on arrival (DOA).

No Returns / No Exchanges

• CDG does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • accidental orders

  • incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • price changes or promotions

  • packaging wear or cosmetic imperfections

Due to the collectible nature of diecast items and supplier restrictions, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Damaged on Arrival (DOA) Claims

CDG will review DOA claims under the following conditions:

• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos are required showing:

  • the outer shipping box

  • internal packaging

  • the damaged item

• Claims submitted without proper documentation may be denied

DOA claims are evaluated based on distributor and manufacturer guidelines and are subject to availability of replacement inventory.

Packaging Condition Disclaimer

Minor packaging wear, soft corners, hanger bends, factory glue variance, or manufacturer sealing inconsistencies are normal in the diecast hobby and are not considered damage.

CDG does not guarantee:

• mint or graded-level packaging

• flawless cards, blisters, or boxes

• collector-grade condition suitable for third-party grading

Replacements & Resolutions

• If approved, resolution may include:

  • replacement (if available), or

  • store credit at CDG’s discretion

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only if replacement is unavailable and distributor approval is granted

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate this policy may result in:

• order cancellation

• account restrictions

• refusal of future service

Customers are encouraged to contact CDG directly before initiating a payment dispute.
