Cushing Diecast Garage works with trusted U.S.-based distributors and suppliers to deliver authentic, collectible diecast items. Some orders are fulfilled directly from these partners to ensure availability and faster delivery.
Fulfillment & Shipping Sources
Orders may ship directly from our distributors or from CDG inventory.
Items shipped from distributors may arrive in manufacturer or distributor packaging.
Multiple items in a single order may ship separately.
Processing Times
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Drop-shipped or distributor-fulfilled items may require additional processing time.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on item size, value, and fulfillment source.
Carrier choice may vary between orders and suppliers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
CDG is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify CDG within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of:
the outer packaging
inner packaging
and the item itself
are required to initiate a DOA claim.
Packaging wear, minor scuffs, or manufacturer sealing inconsistencies are not considered damage.
DOA claims are subject to distributor and manufacturer approval and availability.
Collector Item Notice
Many products sold by CDG are limited production collector items. Minor packaging imperfections may occur during manufacturing or transit and are common within the hobby.
CDG cannot guarantee:
pristine packaging
perfect card condition
chase variants or limited inserts
Shipping Delays
Once an order is shipped, CDG is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
