Orders may be fulfilled directly by CDG or shipped from third-party distributors.

Pricing & Errors

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • CDG reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability

  • Orders placed under incorrect pricing may be canceled and refunded at CDG’s discretion

Collector Item Disclaimer

Products sold by CDG are collectible items and not guaranteed to meet grading standards.

CDG does not guarantee:

  • mint or flawless packaging

  • chase variants or limited inserts

  • manufacturer packaging condition

Minor imperfections are common and not considered defects.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance

  • CDG reserves the right to:

    • refuse or cancel orders

    • limit quantities per customer

    • cancel transactions suspected of fraud or abuse

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards have no cash value

  • Non-refundable once issued

  • Valid for purchases on CDG only

  • Subject to additional terms published separately

Limitation of Liability

CDG is not liable for:

  • manufacturer defects

  • shipping carrier delays or losses

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • third-party fulfillment actions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Account & Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • abuse customer support

  • initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

  • violate posted policies or terms

Violation may result in order cancellation or refusal of future service.

Intellectual Property
