Collectibles aren’t all the same — and we don’t pretend they are. This guide explains how we describe condition so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.

Our Philosophy

We believe condition should be clear, honest, and consistent. Photos and descriptions work together — nothing is hidden, nothing is hyped beyond reality.

Carded Diecast Condition

MINT / CLEAN

  • The card is clean and display-worthy

  • No major creases, bends, or tears

  • Blister securely attached

  • Minor factory imperfections may be present

✔ Ideal for display
✔ Collector-grade condition

SHELF WEAR

  • Light edge wear, soft corners, or minor bends

  • May show peg marks or light handling wear

  • Blister intact unless otherwise stated

✔ Honest collector condition
✔ Fully disclosed — see photos

DAMAGED PACKAGING

  • Creased, bent, cracked, or partially lifted blister

  • Damage is clearly shown and described

  • The item itself may still be unaffected

✔ Priced accordingly
✔ Sold as described

Loose Diecast Condition

LOOSE – PLAY WEAR

  • May show light wear from prior handling or display

  • Small paint nicks, rubs, or age-related marks are possible

✔ Always disclosed
✔ Photos provided when applicable

LOOSE – EXCELLENT

  • No major paint chips or defects

  • Clean presentation

  • Carefully packaged for shipping

Premium, Limited & Chase Items

Premium, limited, and chase items are inspected carefully.

  • Any flaws beyond normal factory tolerance are noted

  • Packaging condition is described clearly

  • These items are often final sale — please review listings carefully

Factory Imperfections

Mass-produced collectibles may have minor factory flaws such as:

  • Tampos slightly off

  • Tiny paint dust specks

  • Packaging variations

These are considered normal and not damage unless clearly excessive.

Photos & Descriptions

  • Photos are part of the description

  • We show the actual item whenever possible

  • Please review all images closely before purchasing

Returns & Condition

Condition-related returns are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Condition clearly disclosed in listings

  • Minor shelf wear consistent with collectibles

  • Factory imperfections described above
