Gift cards issued by Cushing Diecast Garage are subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

• Gift cards are digital only

• No physical gift cards are issued

• Gift cards are valid for purchases made through CDG only

Non-Refundable & No Cash Value

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• Gift cards have no cash value

• Cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or returned for a refund

Usage

• Gift cards may be used toward any eligible purchase on CDG

• If a purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout

• Unused balances remain on the gift card until depleted

Limitations

• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or used without authorization

• CDG is not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at checkout

• Promotional discounts may not apply to gift card purchases unless stated otherwise

Expiration

• Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise required by law

Fraud & Abuse

• CDG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke gift cards involved in suspected fraud or abuse

• Fraudulent use may result in account termination and forfeiture of gift card balances
