Are your diecast items authentic?
Yes. All items sold by Cushing Diecast Garage are 100% authentic. We do not sell replicas or knockoffs. Every item is inspected before shipping.
How do you package diecast items?
We pack with collector-grade care:
Carded items are protected to minimize bending or blister damage
Loose diecast are secured and padded individually
Boxes are reinforced for transit
We ship items the way we’d want to receive them ourselves.
How do you describe a condition?
Condition is described clearly in each listing and supported by photos. Minor shelf wear and factory imperfections are common in collectibles and are disclosed accordingly.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or are significantly different from their description. Limited and chase items are typically final sale.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time after that depends on the carrier and destination.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

Inner packaging
The item itself
Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. This helps us file carrier claims when necessary.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing checkout.
Are chase or limited items restocked?
No. Chase, limited, and exclusive items are sold first-come, first-served and are not restocked once sold out.
Do you offer drop alerts or a mailing list?
Yes. You can sign up for drop alerts to be notified of upcoming releases, restocks (when applicable), and announcements.
